Madagascan Vanilla

Some say that the best vanilla comes from Madagascar. We agree with this and buy vanilla pods from a vanilla specialist: the seeds are scraped out of the pods and added to the milk and cream, and the pods are also added and infused overnight to ensure a fantastic flavour. We hope that you agree.
