We use sweet fresh milk from the Lacock Dairy herd to make an authentic gelato ice cream- supersmooth in texture with lower levels of air, fat & sugar than traditional ice cream.
We are not a factory – we make in small batches by hand using the finest ingredients: real Madagascan vanilla from a sustainable source, candied wild cherries & wild strawberries from the north of Italy, Belgian chocolate & cocoa and fruit purees for the sorbets.
